This phase spans one to three sessions
Foundation phase
We dive into your unique context, uncover patterns and influences, and co-design an approach tailored to your needs.
Depending on your goals, this phase may involve tools like the Five Lens Questionnaire or other techniques to gain deeper insights.
Introductory video call
This session is about building connection, understanding what coaching entails, and determining if Empower Forward is the right match for your journey.
You’ll leave the call with a better understanding of what coaching can do for you and whether this partnership aligns with your needs.
This phase spans, at minimum, eight sessions
Strategic coaching phase
Together, we align your actions with your context, integrating strategies and tools that support meaningful, forward movement. This phase is fully customized and evolves based on your progress and emerging needs.
You’ll leave every session with clear next steps, actionable strategies, and the confidence to make meaningful progress in life, work, and relationships.
Progress review & sustainability
In final sessions, we celebrate your successes, identify areas for further alignment, and refine strategies to ensure sustainable, purpose-driven growth.
