There was a year Martha couldn't name one thing she wanted for her own life.
Not one.
She sat with a notebook and made herself stay in the chair until she found five.
She didn't fix it with discipline, either. She moved her alarm five minutes earlier. Then another five. It took months to reach 4 a.m., and she'll tell you that on the first day so nobody thinks they're behind.
Before she had a stage or anything to sell, she was handing her phone number to strangers in the Publix checkout line, offering to show them how to write their vision down.
She learned how to move forward before she could see where it would lead. She's been teaching women to do it ever since.
She came here from Colombia and taught ESL before she sold a single house. Twenty years on she's a bestselling co-author, an Inman contributor, a Realtor with eXp on Florida's Space Coast, and she's been on HGTV's My Lottery Dream Home twice.
