Mind Mastery

Participants may register by either:

​

• Paying the full retreat investment at the time of registration, or

• Reserving their place with a 15% deposit and paying the remaining balance by the Final Payment Due Date.

The Final Payment Due Date is August 22, 2026.

If you reserved your space with a 15% deposit:

​

• On or before August 7, 2026: Your deposit will be refunded in full.

• August 8–21, 2026: 50% of your deposit will be refunded.

• On or after August 22, 2026: Deposits are non-refundable.

If you paid in full:

​

• On or before August 7, 2026: You will receive a full refund.

• August 8–21, 2026: Your refund will be the full retreat amount less 50% of the required deposit.

• On or after August 22, 2026: All payments are non-refundable.

If you reserved your space with a deposit, the remaining balance must be received by August 22, 2026.

Once the Final Payment Due Date has passed, all retreat payments—including deposits, final balance payments, and full payments—are non-refundable.

Retreat registrations and payments may not be transferred to another participant or applied to a future retreat unless approved in writing by Mind Mastery personnel.

If we cancel the retreat for any reason, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made directly to Empower Forward/Mind Mastery.

Empower Forward is not responsible for airfare, travel insurance, hotel accommodations outside the retreat dates, or other personal travel expenses.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of illness, injury, travel delays, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
