Mind Mastery

Your registration is confirmed once your deposit or full payment has been received.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are per person based on shared accommodations in a spacious two-floor suite unless otherwise stated.

Participants may register by either:

• Paying the full retreat investment at the time of registration, or 

• Reserving their place with a 15% deposit and paying the remaining balance by the Final Payment Due Date.

The remaining balance is due no later than August 22, 2026.

Your retreat investment includes accommodations and meals along with scuba diving experiences and equipment as outlined in the itinerary, facilitated Think Tanks, immersive coaching, yoga and wellness experiences, scheduled group activities, arrival day airport transporation, and other inclusions specifically identified in the retreat itinerary.

Unless otherwise stated, your retreat investment does not include airfare, travel insurance, passport or visa fees, optional dive insurance, spa services, optional excursions, alcoholic beverages and beverage packages, personal purchases, gratuities, departure day airport transportation, or other incidental expenses.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in retreat activities, including scuba diving.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet any medical or certification requirements established by our dive partner.

​

Participants are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports and any other travel documentation required for entry into Grenada.

Participants agree to complete any required health questionnaires, waivers, or documentation requested by Empower Forward, Mind Mastery or our dive partner prior to participation.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of illness, injury, travel delays, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

While every effort will be made to deliver the retreat as advertised, Empower Forward/Mind Mastery reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary, activities, experiences, facilitators, or scheduling due to weather, safety considerations, or circumstances beyond our control.

By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Mind Mastery Retreat Cancellation Policy.
